Russian forces have launched another wave of attacks on Kherson region, striking more than 30 settlements with shelling and airstrikes. The attacks damaged residential buildings and critical infrastructure, leaving one civilian dead and eleven others injured, including a child.
According to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Russian troops targeted numerous settlements across the region, including Antonivka, Inzhenerne, Stepanivka, Pridniprovske, Bilozerka, Veletenske, and many others. The regional centre, the city of Kherson, also came under attack. The widespread shelling caused severe damage to homes and essential services, further worsening living conditions for local residents.
Two apartment buildings and nine private houses were damaged, while garage facilities and civilian vehicles were also destroyed. Social and critical infrastructure sites were hit, disrupting basic services and leaving communities struggling to cope with the destruction.
