(Video) – Storm Shadow Missiles Disrupt Russian Missile Production in Rostov

(Rostov) – Ukraine struck one of Russia’s largest rocket fuel plants in the Rostov region on December 18, targeting a key military production facility, according to Ukrainian officials.

Ukraine’s Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) reported that the facility, FKP “Kombinat Kamensky,” is a significant producer of rocket fuel components. Andriy Kovalenko, head of the CCD under the National Security and Defense Council, explained the plant specializes in manufacturing solid fuel for rocket engines, including multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) and intercontinental ballistic missiles.

“It is engaged in the production of rocket fuel, specializing in the manufacture of solid fuel components for rocket engines, particularly for multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) and solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missiles,” Kovalenko said.

On the same day, Ukraine’s Air Force released footage showing the launch of Storm Shadow cruise missiles aimed at Russian territory. Photos shared on Ukrainian military channels, including Telegram, displayed the successful deployment of both Storm Shadow and Scalp missiles.

“We thank the pilots of the 7th Tactical Aviation Brigade named after Petro Franko for their successful combat work,” Ukraine’s Air Force said in a statement, acknowledging their pilots’ contribution to the mission.

Ukraine expressed gratitude to its international partners, particularly France and the United Kingdom, for supplying the Storm Shadow and Scalp missiles that have significantly boosted the country’s defensive and offensive capabilities.

This latest strike comes amid reports of overnight attacks targeting Russia’s Bryansk and Rostov regions, involving drones and missiles.
